A1 Laundromat, Joondalup has lovely, helpful staff, whether you’re dropping off your washing or using one of their many machines. Drop off has been the best for me for bed quilts, curtains and any bulky loads. Just pick up, it’s beautifully folded and ready to put away.

A1 Saved the day! My washing machine broke down and I had a family of 4’s bedding to wash. It was all done at A1 in less than half a day with plenty of machines available to use. Helpful staff to show me how to use them and laundry liquid available to purchase if you forget your own !

I use A1 Laundromat because they have huge machines that can fit big quilts and they are always very clean. Great customer service too, so helpful and friendly.

I drove past the business numerous times and when I needed dry cleaning I remembered this local business. It was self service but received a text when the garment was ready for collection. Very speedy and efficient service.

As a tourist I was looking for laundromat cos of the recent rainy days, surrounding my location's laundromat were either hit or miss; good establishment but no parking, good parking but place neglected to the point doesn't make sense as a laundromat. So today trip was to joondaloop shopping and I found this A1, picture in the Google maps were good, run by a company, clean and parking available. Brought my laundry and here I am, an impressed customer! I thought this is a new place until I saw it was open in 2011. Place was bigger than I anticipated, more machines than expected, and staff vacuuming the place! Now for 1 less star: I wanted to clear my coins, pressed $10 and as a first time user, read the instructions, when I started to insert coins the screen showed timed out, by then I already inserted $3 coins and refund button will not work. I shall take it as a paid tutorial. Will be nice to have the machine show much coins were inserted and a longer timeout. Overall a good experience! And I shall return the next time!

Our washing machine did a bearing and until we could afford get another, we utilised A1 laundromat in Joondalup. Free detergent and softener and large machines. Great business helping out those that may not be able to afford white-goods at the time.

I have started to use this laundromat for my own cleaning business. I wash my clothes there and it’s easy to drop by after work in between picking up my children from school. Being a full time single mum whilst running a full-time business, I’m always looking for ways to work smarter and find more efficient ways to manage my home/work balance.
