A1 Saved the day! My washing machine broke down and I had a family of 4’s bedding to wash. It was all done at A1 in less than half a day with plenty of machines available to use. Helpful staff to show me how to use them and laundry liquid available to purchase if you forget your own !

I drove past the business numerous times and when I needed dry cleaning I remembered this local business. It was self service but received a text when the garment was ready for collection. Very speedy and efficient service.

As a tourist I was looking for laundromat cos of the recent rainy days, surrounding my location's laundromat were either hit or miss; good establishment but no parking, good parking but place neglected to the point doesn't make sense as a laundromat. So today trip was to joondaloop shopping and I found this A1, picture in the Google maps were good, run by a company, clean and parking available. Brought my laundry and here I am, an impressed customer! I thought this is a new place until I saw it was open in 2011. Place was bigger than I anticipated, more machines than expected, and staff vacuuming the place! Now for 1 less star: I wanted to clear my coins, pressed $10 and as a first time user, read the instructions, when I started to insert coins the screen showed timed out, by then I already inserted $3 coins and refund button will not work. I shall take it as a paid tutorial. Will be nice to have the machine show much coins were inserted and a longer timeout. Overall a good experience! And I shall return the next time!

Our washing machine did a bearing and until we could afford get another, we utilised A1 laundromat in Joondalup. Free detergent and softener and large machines. Great business helping out those that may not be able to afford white-goods at the time.

I have started to use this laundromat for my own cleaning business. I wash my clothes there and it’s easy to drop by after work in between picking up my children from school. Being a full time single mum whilst running a full-time business, I’m always looking for ways to work smarter and find more efficient ways to manage my home/work balance.

Been going here for years to wash my work clothes- great facility with a variety of washer/dryers to suit all needs.

First night in our new house, our dishwasher flooded our brand new kitchen. We had to unpack all the towels in our house to clean it all up. In the morning, we went to wash everything to find that our washing machine had not survive the move, and would not work. On waiting for our new washing machine to arrive, we took everything to A1 Quality Laundromat in Joondalup, which provided a very quick, easy and affordable service.

This place was lifesaving after my washing machine broke and I had to wait a few days for my new washing machine to arrive. Their machines are fast, clean and well priced, They have detergent available onsite if you need it.

Just took all my washing after 3 weeks holiday to get washed and folded and expected to iron them today for about 4 hours but got a nice surprise a lot of the garments didn’t need ironing very happy

When your staying in joonalup and they don't have a laundry, we visited A1 Laundry mat, lots of washing machines and big dyers to use and very cost effective.

Since moving out of my house, have been using this facility. Always hospital clean. The washers and dryers have always been available for use. Does get busy sometimes, but just avoid those busy times 😂 Good job A1 people, you are A1 Andre

Clean, friendly. Dryers / driers have different options to chose from. I like the auto door that opens when you walk in carrying a heavy load of laundry.

Wash and fold service was great, collected the next day for a reasonable price. Job well done.

I came here to wash my weighted blanket (9kg) they have some huge washing machines here that take up to 27kg and even though the larger machines can get very loud, like it was going to take off, they cleaned very well.

After seeing the A1 Quality Laundromat ad in the Little Aussie communities I gave them a try. Absolutely amazing!! They have large washers and dryers I was able to wash all my large donnas and thick mattress protractors in and they came out amazing!!!

There's on-site service 9am-4pm that can wash dry and fold your laundry there's also free parking and no card fees for machine use.

This is the best laundromat for washing. It’s clean and tidy, has an electric door so hands free. Pay by card. The detergent that comes with the wash deodorises all the washing and stays fresh for weeks I love this laundromat - just sad I’m not in the far northern suburbs anymore to wash my doonas and mattress protectors, because nothing else comes close…. 😄

Such an awesome Laundromat! Very clean, both the machines and the building. Variety of different sized washers that all take both card and cash, and they also automatically dispense detergent so you don't need to bring your own!

The doors close at 9 but thankfully you can keep your clothes running for another hour or so. Cost is affordable ~$6.50, includes detergent and fabric softener. Keep in mind that the machines don't take PayPass or bills.

This place is great. Can wash my super king quilt with no issue. They provide the washing detergent and fabric softener. Wash times are also super quick which I wasn't expecting. Place wasn't busy either so no waiting!

The laundromat is clean, well maintained and the prices are fair for the quality of washing and drying you recieve. Having a self-opening and elbow opening door is a really thoughtful touch and there is a facility to change notes if required, however, having eftpos machines on each washer and drying is a modern convenience I've come to truly appreciate (I hate the hassle of having to get cash out). The laundromat also offers a folding service!

I take my own bed sheets and dog bedding here quite often and the ladies at the back are always very friendly even when they're flat out. Leave your washing, they wash, dry, fold (even the impossible fitted sheets) and give you a call to let you know its ready.

What an excellent service! We run an Airbnb business and had been trying to find somewhere to handle our linen and towels. When we dropped off our linen at A1 Quality Laundromat we had no idea how efficient this would be. Within a few hours we had been notified that our bedding and towels had been washed and were ready to be picked up. The finish of the linen after it had been dried was perfect and the folding was on point. Very satisfied with this service

Cleaning out my storeroom I discovered a good quality mattress protector I stored in a plastic bag more than a year ago because it was too big to fit into my washing machine. I needed a laundromat with big machines to cope with the queen size protector but I couldn't remember the last time I saw a laundromat in my area. I was very pleasantly surprised to come across A1 Quality Laundromat just up the road in Joondalup. The large capacity machines and dryers were just what I needed to get my bed linen back on the bed where it belonged. The price was good, the place was clean and wasn't much of a chore at all. I'm so glad they advertised in the Little Aussie Directories.

Oh I love this place!!! I have a blanket that got stained and would not come clean at home. I took it to a dry cleaner (won't mention who) and they charged me a fortune and didn't get the stain out. I made peace with that until I discovered A1. I loaded my blanket into their 22kg machine & set it to wash. It looked clean (first time in a year!) when it came out and then I dried it. It's come out beautifully and the stain is gone! Thank you!!! I also love that the staff are friendly and the place is clean. (The great smelling softener is the cherry on the cake!)

Used this laundry when our machine went kaput. It really is convenient and the fact that the laundry detergents are provided (and smell great) is even more convenient. The fact I can use my card or change notes into coins at the venue is brilliant too. Overall my laundry was clean and fresh and all washed in 23 minutes and then dried at home. Thankyou!
